Even if we pull out of Iraq….

We’re still a nation at war, and we will be for quite sometime.

Today most of us heard of the would-be attacks planned for JFK airport and because the FBI now has more investigative abilities due to the current administration and brave everyday American citizens that aren’t afraid to report such monsters, we are easily tracking them and taking action before they have the chance to bring us harm.

These type of people know that they have the Democrats in their corner.  According to most liberal debaters today, listening to their cell-phone calls and wiretapping their e-mails (“violating their “precious” civil liberties) would have been completely inappropriate.  But thank God for most the residents of New York (mostly Democrats), Americans aren’t taking the whining coming from the left serious anymore.

If liberals, 9/11 conspiracy theorists, opportunists like Ron Paul, and insane Democrats like Dennis Kucinich and Teddy Kennedy had their way, we would immediately stop all surveillance of threats, pull out of Iraq, and pray that someday the Iraqis would be able to fight against these barbarians without the help of our highly-trained military who have bravely kicked some massive ass in Iraq and Afghanistan by killing or capturing over 100,000 insurgents, most of al-Quaida’s top guys, and now have the backing of Western Iraqi civilians who are finally joining forces with our military to fight in their own neighborhoods.

We know that if we leave Iraq, terrorists will take over.  We know that if they take over, they will gain funding for their missions, power, and strong footholds that will only aid them in their sad attempts to bring down the rest of the world.

This isn’t a right-winger’s attempt to instill fear into others.  This is reality.  These people are living in our own country and are plotting these sloppy would-be acts to either distract us from what’s happening in the Middle East or to show us that they will never give in.  In order to defeat them, everyone needs to unite and get behind our President and our troops 150% and we need to do it right now.

  1. JD,

For one, Ron Paul has never said he believes in 9/11 conspiracies. This myth was propaganda created by the FOX News Channel.

Second, if America left Iraq, al-Quaida would not take over this country. There is no way Iraqis would accept Osama bin Ladden as leader.

Third, the four men captured today are proof of the failures of the war in Iraq. We are there so they cannot attack us hear. Yet we find them here wanting to attack JFK International Airport.

  2. opit,

Anybody who thinks the way you do must have a steady diet of Fox News. Fans of the Daily Show ( comedy ) are more realistic.

  3. JD – this has nothing to do with Fox News. They are here because they know that they will survive BECAUSE of the liberal policies such as anti-Patriot Act, liberals wanting to shut down Guantanamo, liberals against profiling. America is the safest and, because of liberals like Teddy Kenendy, the most opportunistic country for them. It’s amazing you think that al-Quaida would not survive in Iraq. I got news for you, they are already there and have been (Zarqawi) for years. Additionally, it IS the leftists and conspiracy folks that are endorsing Ron Paul. By saying what he said, he sold out his party and its ideals that have kept us safe and sold out his country to appeal to nutcases. Mitt Romney was very clever in a blue state by tricking liberals into voting for him. Paul tried to do the same thing and it back-fired.

Opit – I know, Fox News is the big bad wolf – the scary people – the ones that your party wouldn’t even face during the debates, remember? You guys are so afraid of Fox News – BUT “let us at them terrorists, we’ll take care of them.”

    LOL

  4. Devil Dog,

Sorry, JD, but Ron Paul brought the conspiracy up, blaming America because we are in the middle East, for why we were attacked, during the latest Republican debate.

Don’t blame FOX News. I can’t tell you the crap that has been instigated by CNN and MSNBC, so that doesn’t work in this forum.

JD, is there anything you liberals are for? Seriously, and please don’t mention the word “Bush”. We know you don’t like GWB, but please tell us something that doesn’t pertain to Bush.

Please give us ideas, solutions, instead of hyperbole.

But, maybe that wouldn’t work, because you aren’t for anything, you are against everything that is related to Bush, even if he has nothing to do with it.

Again, it goes back to the 2000 election. You guys are so mad that you put your country second to your anger for a man.

    That is truly disturbing!
