They Never Seem To Answer the Debate…..

Whenever I see a lefty-moonbat blog-post about me, I wonder if they are actually going to refute a point.  Apparently, not this genius piece of writing.  As liberals most often fall victim to, it shows that he was not even able to understand the point with coherence.

In response to the video via YouTube I posted on Ann Coulter, he proclaims (intellectually and full of thought of course) “It’s all in the perception.”

He begins his post by stating:

“Via Gay Conservative (I’m laughing right now. Sorry. A gay person proud to be a Republican always kind of makes me think of a Jew joining the Nazi League for Jewish empowerment)”

For the billionth time, as long as folks like this can run around proclaiming that it’s perfectly normal to be “liberal-American”, I say there is nothing shocking about being a gay-Republican.  I could say a liberal-American equates a Muslim-terrorist minus the Koran and the energy to do anything about their hate for America.  Unlike the fella that wrote these things about me, I find liberals who proclaim to be American anything but funny.  It’s sad, and it’s kind of sick.  Particularly when they run around pretending to care about equality for gays and blacks, plus let’s not forget their phony concern for our troops as well as their convenient sympathy for Cindy Sheehan and the Jersey Girls while they simultaneously support Stalin and the Taliban.  Perhaps I can direct this fine gent to my post regarding the liberal trick of “we like you more than they do.”

He goes on to say:

“Failing that, she then resorts to sarcasm and says that the August 6th, 2001 PDB entitled “Bin Laden Determined to Strike In US” wasn’t specific enough and shouldn’t have roused our Chief Executive to action on his vacation because it didn’t specify that it would consist of 19 Arab men boarding three different aircraft on September 11th and striking two specific targets by name.

In other words, since the PDB didn’t contain the gate and flight numbers on each of the 19 boarding passes, her idiot hero couldn’t have possibly had enough to go on. In other words, we have to spell things out for him in inhuman detail.

Naturally, Coulter didn’t want to go into the fact that Russia, Italy and Great Britain all warned Bush around the time of the G8 summit in Genoa that bin Laden would try to assassinate him or that the Hart Rudman report in December 2000 and Paul Bremer’s National Commission on Terrorism issued a report at about the same time that specified much the same massive threat or that Richard Clarke tried to warn the incoming administration of the al Qaida threat. Instead, Clarke was ordered to find a link between Iraq and al Qaida, despite Clarke telling the administration that it simply didn’t exist.”

First, he’s setting up a strawman to avoid the point.  He also avoids her point that Al-Qaeda is “still determined to attack.”  He mentions the President taking “action” but he doesn’t tell us — as Franken could not — what that action should have been.  The idea that post-9/11, liberals won’t let us racially profile men named Mohammed boarding planes speaking Arabic; and that they are still pretending that there was something George Bush could have done before the attacks is just preposterous.  When they are faced with these facts they jump right back to: “He was warned!”

If Bush would have held Arabs in preventative detention, thrown them out of the country, or directed airport security to give the attention needed, 9/11 would not have happened.  But liberals would have then said that Bush overreacted to the memo, that civil rights of Muslim fanatics should not have been violated, and that racial profiling is uncivilized.   Come to think of it, liberals along with the ACLU would have even had another made-up reason to impeach him on seeings as protecting the country is just not acceptable in their world of tofu and poetry reading.

Liberal policies have been cleverly designed to hurt America, punish anyone who defends it, and silence anyone like Ann Coulter that exposes them and their idiotic ideology which has made it impossible for our CIA and President to protect us properly.  Liberals like Carter and Clinton let 20+ years of attacks happen all over the world and on our soil.  When it is thrown in their face like Coulter gave it to Franken, all they can say is: “Bush was warned!”

So I challenge any liberal-moonbat out there to answer this very simple question: what policy was available to Bush that would have enabled him to find out the specifics and what would they have supported him doing in response?  Most liberals out there as well as Ron Paul supporters and 9/11 conspiracy nuts continue to insinuate that America deserved 9/11.

I’d be willing to bet this clever chap is against the Patriot Act, NSA wiretapping, holding terrorists at Guantanamo, etc.  We cannot even get them to approve of just one of Bush’s anti-terror policies post-9/11 and they continue this endless blather about “He was warned!”

I just couldn’t leave this last part out:

“Although I’m amazed that you didn’t see the delicious irony of Ann sarcastically saying that Bush should’ve just rounded up all Arabs and thrown them out of the country, which is exactly what Ann would ordinarily love to do with them and then some.”

Well sir, if he were allowed to temporarily restrain them or do something of that nature, I suspect that there would be 3,000 Americans still alive and there would not be a gaping hole in lower Manhattan.  Then again, that would be too Pro-America for your crowd, now wouldn’t it?

I have plenty of quarters, the trouble is your game and I’m sorry but it’s a bit rusty.

  1. daredevil92103,

ok, you know if you say lefty moon-bat, i’m going to appear. :)
first of all, i don’t get the gay/nazi comparison.
and now to moonbat answer for you:
on september 11th, under normal operating procedure NORAD would have scrambled jets to intercept these flights, as it did 67 times from 2000 to july 2001. these planes just went a little off course. just so happens that dick cheney, instead of a military guy, was in charge of NORAD that day.(no joke, or conspiracy, look it up) so, bush wouldn’t have had to do anything special. now, with what happened on 9/11, i think bush should have given a speech, talking about how we would not let terrorists take our freedoms, and we would not live in fear. we would find who did it. BUT THE ONE THING i wouldn’t do, is in any way make laws that infringe on freedom because to do that, means the terrorists have won.
there’s my best moon-bat shot off the top of my tin foil hat.

  2. “i think bush should have given a speech, talking about how we would not let terrorists take our freedoms, and we would not live in fear. we would find who did it. BUT THE ONE THING i wouldn’t do, is in any way make laws that infringe on freedom because to do that, means the terrorists have won.”

Dare, after Bush was elected he did acknowledge that terrorists were getting away with a little too much like the multiple attacks we endured during Clinton’s tenure in which he did nothing about. You’re talking about intercepting airplanes but what you fail to realize is that the idiot policies put in place by Democrats (pre and post 9/11) gave the terrorists the advantage to hijack commercial aircraft and to fly them into buildings. There was nothing in his power; thanks to liberals and their contribution to the destruction of our country, to find out the specifics of the attacks (they are against holding them, detaining them, or listening to their phone calls.)

And whose freedom are we infringing on? Who deserves it? The ones who fly planes into our buildings that oppose it to begin with?

Freedom and justice for all is directed to loyal American citizens. It is not directed to illegals, not directed to individuals that want to come between our rights to be free. For the justice part, our military is kicking some major ass right now in the Middle East (something that liberals also complain about) and we are holding many of the famed 19s’ acquaintances at Guantanamo prison (something else that liberals complain about).

We deserve protection. Abraham Lincoln suspended Habeus Corpus during the Civil War, FDR held loyal-japanese Americans in internment camps during WW2. If one spec of the population has to be inconvenienced to protect us, so be it. The laws are made to protect us and our freedoms and so long as there are Americans in the White House that do that, liberals will always complain while simultaneously reminding us “Bush was warned!”

  3. daredevil92103,

i just dont think bush should go against the constitution. abe lincoln did suspend habeus corpis, but that was after he went to congress and decided that during civil war, it had to be done. bush has went behind congress on most things,(not that congress is much good anyway)
and he doesn’t need a law to go around FISA, because the people he wants to listen to, if he can show probable cause, he could listen to anyway. it’s gotta be for something different. there is some other reason for these executive orders. and speaking of executive, let’s talk about the abuse of executive privilege. c’mon now, this administration has been more secretive than any i can think of. muslim doesn’t = arab.
you could grab five arabs out of a line at the airport, and the two white guys that you let pass might be terrorists. i agree our military is kicking ass, but when they come home, they don’t have any health benefits, and another thing that makes me mad, is mass funerals. now i think bush is changing his policy on those, though. i’m just for a more transparent government, one that i can hold accountable, and one that adheres to the supreme law of this land. the constitution.

  4. Actually Daredevil, the military does have health benefits. What you hear in the MSM is about ONLY those that fall through the cracks due to some governmental oversight. Now if the benefits were provided to our military personnel through the private sector (which is ALWAYS more efficient than government) there would be so much less of that.

My husband was a medic in Desert Storm and he has benefits via the VA. He has to APPLY to get them.

Steve- the reason I think Liberals don’t have an answer is b/c they are so covered up in their hatred of Bush that they don’t want an answer. They want to Blame Bush for everything and simply pontificate about how bad it is.

  5. airforcewife,

What? We have no health care benefits when the troops get home? I can’t figure out how my husband managed to get all his care done after his last two deployments then!

Seriously enough – there are many, many programs. There are also many cracks that people can fall through, as is the nature of any beauracracy. Small petty people controlling paperwork is a nightmare.

Philip directed me over here from Red State Gay… Quite awesome, if I do say so myself.

About the Gitmo hating person point above…Someone pointed out something very interesting on Glenn Beck’s show the other day… Do these liberal “dissenters” and protestors understand exactly WHERE Gitmo alumni will be headed when it closes? You know, like, their countries of origin? Where torture does not consist of sexy women in thongs asking you questions about your involvement in terrorism, and orange glazed chicken on a bed of wild rice with pudding for dessert?

Just had to throw that in there…

  6. Hi Airforce. Welcome! Yes I am quite proud Philip is over here, he’s always impressed me to the max.

Jennifer has always been my star (see above comment from her) and after reading your post, I have a feeling that you are her will get along great!

Good Stuff and thank you for the heads up with military and health care.

  7. Bukko in Australia,

Here’s something Bush*it could have done after the August 6 Presidential Daily Briefing about “Bin Laden Determined to Strike Within the United States.” He could have come off his vacation.

Then he could have convened the terrorism task force meeting that Richard Clarke had been pushing for since the Bush*ites came into office.

Then he could have listened to the warnings from George Tenet, and the foreign intelligence agencies, and all the other people who had their “hair on fire” as Clarke termed it.

He could have alerted agents in the field to start looking to see if something was up. They had already busted Zacarias Moussaoui. There was the FBI informant in San Diego who was living with some of the hijackers, who could have been pumped for info by his handler if it was a known priority in the bureau. An intensified alert might have gotten someone to notice that several of the men who were later among the hijackers were on the terror watch list were known to be in the U.S.

If it had been made a high government priority, someone might have connected the dots and stopped the plot. But instead, President Cheney ignored the warnings and let Little Bushie fiddle around until the World Trade Center was burning.

Just like they’re fiddling now. They’re not inspecting more than a fraction of the containers that come into the ports. They’re not checking every piece of airline cargo. They’re not making chemical companies reinforce their highly explosive industrial plants. They’re playing political games with laws that shred the Constitution, just so they can score points against the slack-arse Democrats.

And when the next attack inside America happens, it will be something that blindsides these “Homeland Security” idiots. It will hit them from a direction they never saw coming. Until the evidence comes out later that yes, it could have been prevented. If only the Repukes in charge hadn’t had their heads up their bums.

Bush cult members like you will continue to make excuses for them, though. Same as you do now, ignoring the fact that BUSH WAS (nominally) IN CHARGE ON SEPT. 11, 2001!

You see that fact as his greatest moment, but when history has analysed this time, it will record that George Bush was a colossal failure on whose negligent watch occurred the worst terrorist attack ever in the U.S. Fitting incompetence for the WORST. PRESIDENT. EVER!

Ah, it’s not worth the time it takes me to write these words. People like you are part of a cult of personality, much like the followers of Jim Jones or Kim Il Sung. Good luck with what’s coming. (No, I do not have any specific knowledge of anything, other than suspicion about the impending implosion of the U.S. economy, massive civil unrest and possible imposition of martial law.) People like you remind me of why I moved out of the U.S. And it’s better here, mate!

  8. A liberal’s reasoning — what Bush “could have done”:

“He could have come off his vacation.”

Liberals generally don’t mind vacations, they never work!

“Then he could have convened the terrorism task force meeting that Richard Clarke had been pushing for since the Bush*ites came into office.”

WE ALREADY KNEW TERRORISTS WANTED TO STRIKE! What needed to be done to stop it WAS NOT allowed by liberal policies!

“Then he could have listened to the warnings from George Tenet”

Oh, for God Sake — liberals will never answer the question. The warning could have told us everything BUT the names of the men and liberal policies would have STILL prevented us from effectively stopping it.

“He could have alerted agents in the field to start looking to see if something was up.”

What the hell does that mean if something is up? As I said, if he would have done that and told airport security to take an extra look at men named Mohammed, YOU WOULD HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT IT because your people complain about that NOW.

    “Just like they’re fiddling now.”

They’re only fiddling because of Teddy Kennedy and Barbara’s Boxer’s blather about “constitutional rights” for terrorists as well as Geneva conventions of nonuniformed fighters.

“People like you remind me of why I moved out of the U.S. And it’s better here, mate!”

People like you remind me of precisely why all liberals should follow you and leave. Like you, they haven’t the first clue as to the value of freedom, what we had to do to win it, and what we must do to preserve it. People like you and liberals are dangerous to this country.

That said, let me sweetly say: please enjoy Australia and STAY OUT of this country. Conservatism will follow you everywhere. What was that guy’s name that won in another landslide there again? Not very “liberal” is he?

    Thanks. :-)

  9. daredevil92103,

i dunno, a couple of my buddies came back and had a hell of a time getting the va to do anything. all sorts of stuff wrong with them, lots of infections and that stuff. think it’s from the depleted uranium shells. yeah, the women in thongs part wouldn’t be so bad at gitmo, but look at many people have been held in there, and then look at how many have actually been convicted. and i know i sound like a moon bat again, but just for some of the stuff on my blog, i’ve some some strange things happening. i’ve got some sites linked to me that look like regular… i dunno.. regular business sites, i guess, but mixed in with this regular stuff is strange threats, i guess you’d call them. that’s about as vague as i can be, huh :)
i’m thinking about posting the links and letting people see this stuff. i mean for example, there is a travel site, you know, all normal, buy plane tickets, rent cars, whatever, but then it’s got a comment like “this guy’s gonna blow airplanes out of the sky” and then says see more at …. my blog! this stuff bothers me. sorry i’m going off on a tangent. i’ll have to post the links to get to these so people can see this stuff sometime. ever heard of anything like that?

  10. I think the thing that Bukko and others fail to realize is that the Bush administration has spent 6 years trying to clean up the mess left by 8 years of Clinton’s inattention to terrorism. Bukko points out all the things that Bush SHOULD have done. But if there was so much urgency in dealing with all of this – then WHY THE HELL WASN’T CLINTON DOING IT BEFORE BUSH TOOK OFFICE?

Why didthe Clinton administration seriously pursue terrorists after the first bombings at the WTC and the USS Cole incident only as “police” matters? Why did Clinton fumble and bumble when Sudan offered him custody of bin Laden? Where was the urgency then?

I read the original postand comments from this moonbat and his cronies. Basically, they are so intent on hating Bush that they don’t point out what a horrific failure the Clinton administration was on the issue of terrorism and national security.

I could go point-by-point through their arguments and show how Billy Boy set us up for 9/11 by his complete and utter negligence in dealing with terrorist threats to this nation. While some of us conservatives are intellectually honest enough to criticize Bush on his failures in areas such as immigration, the Dubai Ports deal, etc – these loons will provide a pair of shorts to cover the ass of any Democrat who failed to do the very things that this President has attempted to do in order to secure this nation.

How many bombings have we had on US soil since 9/11? The left can criticize all they want, but the terrorists haven’t touched the homeland again (not to say it won’t happen in the future), and Bush hasn’t turned over control of Homeland Security to Andy Griffith and Barney Fife. Coordination among intelligence agencies and law enforcement is at an all-time high. You wouldn’t find that under Bill Clinton.

  11. Tsk, tsk. Clinton derangement syndrome. Sad, really, sad, indeed.

  12. daredevil92103,

moon-bat here again, sorry had to go to work. sorry steve for going all nuts in the last post, but that stuff’s bugging me (the strange links) anyway, philip, i agree. i think clinton was one of the worst presidents in modern times. he did set us up pretty bad. but, i’m not exactly a democrat, at least i don’t think. not sure yet. i though the first wtc attack came under bush senior. i could be wrong, though. politics is a new thing for me. i dont like politics. bush hasn’t done anything to secure our borders. congressional investigators posing as west virginia business men not only got hold of enough stuff to make a dirty bomb, they snuck it through the canadian and mexican borders. sure, bush has infringed on our rights, and got us in a preemptive war that was unfounded, and made more terrorists in the process, which in my opinion, has endangered us more than helped. but no, i don’t hate bush. i admire his ability to stay the course he believes is right, even if it’s not popular. but i really, i mean really honestly, no offense, want to know if you guys think our rights are being taken away. remember, the constitution is the only thing that keeps this country from becoming a dictatorship. the checks and balances need to be there.

  13. daredevil92103,

oh. clinton had just taken office. i just looked it up. sorry.

  14. Bukko in Australia,

Phillip, let me remind you that under Bill Clinton, the Muslim terrorists who did the first World Trade Center bombing were caught and convicted by standard police work, after interrogation that did not use torture, in trials that were open for the world to watch.

And it was during Clinton’s time that the Millenium Bomb Plot, the one to set off explosions at L.A. International Airport when the calendar was rolling over to 2000, was stopped in large part because border security officers had been geared up to be extra watchful. The awareness tactic works.

As for the lack of any terrorist attacks on U.S. soil since 2001, don’t forget: “They don’t have to kill us over here, because they can kill us over there!” Not just the 3,700 U.S. troops who have died in Iraq, and the tens of thousands who have been permanently maimed, but the U.S. tourists killed around the world, the embassies and business targets who have been attacked, and America’s reputation that has been killed. Even down here, a country that used to idolise America, the U.S. is regarded like a formerly favourite uncle who turned out to be a kiddie fiddler.

Bush has built up some baaaaaad karma for the U.S. It’s a debt that will one day be paid. You don’t get most of the world red-hot hating you and not suffer the consequences. Because of Bush, one day the other shoe will drop inside the U.S., and I’m not talking about the ones you have to take off at the airport. (Didja know it’s only on U.S. flights you have to do that? Other countries just laugh at that crap.)

And Daredevil, you seem to still have an open mind, mate. Keep searching for the truth, and don’t let your vision be clouded by the Kool-Aid!

  15. daredevil92103,

thank you, bukko. i hope i always can keep an open mind. i think once you start to think that you’ve figured it all out, you start to close your mind. one of my buddies says “if you don’t stand for something, you’ll fall for anything” and he says my problem is i don’t stand for anything. but i think i do, and i’m glad that you think i have an open mind, because without one, i will only see the world through one angle, and refuse to see any other. i think it’s a dangerous position to close your mind. :)
