  1. I admit to failing to recall the author of the words or the idea, but:
“In an age of deception, the truth is a revolutionary concept.”
Thus we have the 2008 Presidential Election.
“‘My friends, we live in the
greatest nation in the history of the world. I hope you’ll join with me as
we try to change it.’ — Barack Obama”
    Like Fidel Changed Cuba?

  2. John in CA,

This is yet another example of one set of rules for the Liberals and a completely different set of rules for everyone else.

The late Gov. George Wallace was an avowed racist. He did soften up in his later years. Let’s play a round of what if:

What if John McCain were associated with Gov. Wallace and Gov. Wallace was unrepentant about his past remarks and actions. Would John McCain get a free pass? Of course not. By the way, he would not deserve a free pass.

But that isn’t how it works with our Liberal media and nearly brain dead population. Certain people get away with certain things that others can’t dream of doing.

  3. John in CA,

    “Like Fidel Changed Cuba?”

Hmmn. More like what George McGovern wanted to do with America if he had become President. LBJ did a very good job at lining up America for destruction with his sickening socialist Great Society policy. We still pay for that today.

LBJ never got two terms to drive a stake through America. The Viet Cong took care of that. Amazing how the Reds in Vietnam ate one of their own. But I digress.

McGovern was determined to fulfill the goals of LBJ and turn America into a Socialist State not unlike the America portrayed in Ayn Rand’s Atlas Shurgged. But the good folks of America stopped that dead in its tracks in 1972.

So now we have 2008 and yet another person has stepped up with a stake to finish this nation off.
