Yes. My best friend is an architect and he knows quite a bit about structural engeering. But, structural engineering is not his field.

He gave his opinion on what the collapselooked and sounded like. Implosion was not a word he used.

Different person, different assessment due to a different background in life.

I do not fight fires for a living. A fire captain will ask a property leaseholder or owner to keep fighting a fire? I thought a fire captain had to protect the firefighters and general public. What the captain says goes? Other higher ranking firefighters can over rule the captain. But a property owner?
