The End Times Draw Near

I continue to watch in awe and amazement at the cabinet that President Obama is assembling.  Yes, that’s right.  Say it with me – “President Obama.”  Hurts doesn’t it?  Can you believe that we have arrived at this sorry place in American history?  Look at the characters he has brought up (or is about to bring up) from the pits of Hell to serve him.

Hillary Clinton, Bill Richardson, Tom Daschle, Eric Holder, Rahm Emanuel, Janet Napolitano.

I was going to go down the list and give a detailed rundown on each person.  But it’s pointless.  My head is spinning.  Does anyone understand the implications here?

Bill Richardson gave us a nuclear North Korea.  Holder was the #2 in the Clinton Justice Department who urged the pardon of Marc Rich.  Tom Daschle is a leftist, Senate has-been who will push through universal health care (or some version thereof).  Emanuel is a fierce partisan who sends dead fish to people and stabs knives into furniture in order to make his point.  Napolitano is an utterly unqualified governor who will be entrusted with protecting us from another 9/11.

And Hillary?  Dear God.  I dismissed her chances, but now it seems to be happening.  What the hell are Obama and Hill thinking?  I will still say that I could think of worse possibilities for the State Department.  But I just can’t fathom this.  I hope this one comes back to bite him.

Folks, we made a mistake.  We didn’t rally behind Fred Thompson, Duncan Hunter or another true conservative.  Then, when they were gone, we didn’t get behind Mitt Romney.  That left us with McCain.  We tried to get behind him, but it didn’t work.  And now we have President Obama, Secretary of State Clinton, Chief of Staff Emanuel, Secretary of Commerce Richardson, Attorney General Holder, Secretary of Homeland Security Napolitano, Secretary Of Health and Human Sevices Daschle.

See where I am going?

I’m sick at my stomach and afraid of who Obama will appoint next.  You think it’s too soon to think about 2010 or 2012?  Think again.  We better start thinking now.  And we better think fast.  This shit is getting heavy, and we’re about to be steeped and entrenched in a dangerous scary place.  This cast of characters is frightening.  And it will only get worse.

Now Steve.  Now my head is exploding.

Another Liberal Woman….(“The Art of the Uninformed” Pt. 2)

Pamela Anderson released an open letter to Barack Obama today

You can read it and giggle but if you want the quick version, here goes:

Free criminals, free terrorists, and smoke a giant fatty with Osama! (But no steak!)

Dear Mr. Obama:
My thoughts/hopeful ideas-:
-Free Leonard Peltier- This injustice is just breeding Hate and discrimination. It would be very meaning ful to the Native American people and all of us ho have watched and been saddened by a broken system
(There are too many people in jail that don’t need to be there-it IS a broken system- that enrages more people than it helps) – not saying that there aren’t people who need to be jailed while determining their fate- but Jail should be a holding cell for justice and not a lifelong waste of taxpayers money to run a spa for criminals-how does this improve society? Especially when there are real threats to our most precious citizens -our children- in most cases child molesters are walking free. Government must Castrate every molester-or potential molester- error on the safe side- if any child pornography is found in anyone’s possession-or anyone creating such atrocities-or if any child Is brave enough to come forward (at any young age to bring attention to a potential molester- listen) they need to be taken very seriously and see that justice is served-The abuse is way worse than any trial could be- our children need more protection and justice seen. It needs to be PREVENTED not just punished.
I think we should Legalize Marijuana, tax and monitor -farm Hemp etc-this would make our borders less corrupt and then I think eventually this will be more secure option and save children in the long run – we should be able to farm Hemp in America- it’s just silly— it would create jobs- and be good for environment.
Bring our Troops home safely- Stop the killing and work with Veterans to secure a peaceful way world wide-using their 1st hand wisdom lovingly across all borders together. It is not a war Economy anymore- obviously-
Stop all these garbage, wasteful and ineffective ,ancient animal tests (from 80 years ago?)- create a REAL working dedicated and active group of people assigned to this issue- science is suppose to be progressive? We need to get with it- update like Europe has – it’s an embarrassment and nobody wishes this senseless cruelty to go on.
Please get rid of this private insurance and private health care system- it’s corrupt and doesn’t work-
Government should take over both those areas- supplying secure government jobs where people are dedicated to their job and it is a proven system- Canada etc- supplying proper insurance to everyone – It’s much easier and government should supply these services for the taxes we pay- we would all be protected- pharmaceuticals would be affordable- to those that need it/especially our elderly- see that everyone has car insurance (there should not be an uninsured driver on the road) and health insurance- the same for everyone- isn’t this what we pay taxes for?
Promote vegetarianism-which would help end world hunger- crack down on factory farming that is killing the environment and slaughtering so many animals- wastefully and carelessly and it’s unhealthy/and it’s just impractical- to think this is monitored/regulated effectively..
Please Shut down Guantanamo Bay-figure it out- make amends/stop torture- it’s time for peaceful solutions- and cooperation world wide sharing resources and protecting each other- education, missionary work- bring the world together help each other- with resources now- its considered a very small place- We are each other’s keeper no matter what side of the border we were born-nobody is less than.
And if people are hard working why cant they work and pay taxes in America- if they have no criminal record- why do we have illegal immigration it should be made easier for people to work here- all they want to do is work- some Americans sure have a sense of entitlement that’s unhealthy, unwise and selfish at times… Thank God it’s a new day!

Proof of Palin’s Hope and Energy as our Next Reagan

CORRECTION Palin What's Next?

After a few days of liberals and John McCain urging all of us that it is now time to work together – as if we are all supposed to believe that after the way they treated our President for eight years, the media and many others seem to have a very different tenor towards Sarah Palin.

I’m begging you all, do not be fooled!  Rush urged the same of his listeners today.

This is the same media that gave us John McCain as a presidential nominee.

The day started of course with the anonymous McCain staffers portraying Palin as an uneducated and impossible-to-work-with superbitch.  The story started on Fox News last night and has ran through today.

[youtube=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MWZHTJsR4Bc]

First, why would McCain staffers decide to say such things and leave the man they campaigned for to explain this?  I can see Keith Olbermann now: How could McCain continue to force this dangerous airhead on to America in good conscience?  She doesn’t even know that Africa is a continent!  John McCain and his two staffers for one day have reportedly earned the top three spots on Olbermann’s “Worst Person in the World” segment (assuming that Ann Coulter didn’t make him cry for saying “good evening” to a homeless man).

In a sad effort to erase the fact that McCain himself was not a conservative and had no business on the top of the ticket to begin with – thus losing the election not only for himself, but for America as a whole, they decided to make up the most ridiculous stories about Sarah Palin so that they can relieve themselves of the responsibility of their own incapabilities.

Aside for the fact that I owe McCain the respect as a P.O.W. and the “maverick” that the NY Times loved to call him, he is the most ignorant politician around who believes that “crossing the aisle” to work with left-wing nuts is in the best interest of the country.  In fact, if he and his entire camp of advisers were to convert to Democrats tomorrow, the overall level of effective political wisdom would go up for both parties.

If these things were even close to true, then these staffers and McCain himself have announced themselves the most dishonest and repugnant people available.  They’re either lying, or like with the entire election in general, were terrible at planning for the long-term.

Their names should be exposed so we know to get rid of them along with John McCain who had no business running as the representative-in-chief for Americans who love conservatism as a whole.  Which way is he really dishonorable?  Is it because he kept someone on his ticket who didn’t know the difference between a continent and a country?  Or is it because he’s refusing to now step out and address these rumors?

Sarah Palin was the winner in this campaign the very first time we read the slanderous story in US News Weekly.  She won my heart the minute Obama sent hundreds of investigators to Alaska to try and discredit her massive tangible record of success.  She didn’t need the media on her side like Obama had.  She didn’t have billions of dollars in campaign funding like Obama had.  She didn’t have the most liberal voting record when it came to illegal aliens, voting against Bush’s tax cuts, and crafting a campaign finance bill with Feingold like McCain had.

Sarah Palin received a bashing from the media.  That was a great thing!  It means she appeals to more Americans and the left needed their help to tear her down.  It’s our responsibilities as real conservatives to properly detect the game-playing involved.  If this were 1984, we would be ganging up on Reagan if we were indeed counting everytime the liberal media portrayed him as either plain-stupid or senile.

McCain caused the loss.  If it weren’t for Sarah Palin, McCain would have lost by 20+ million or more in lieu of the mere seven million.  Want proof?  Examine every other “maverick” or “moderate” like Goldwater or Dole and review those losses.  Then observe Ultra-Conservative (or what liberals today call “neocon”) Ronald Reagan’s results of two landslides that put Barack Obama’s and Bill Clinton’s victories to shame.  Then come back to me and tell me that Sarah Palin is not ready to lead us in 2012 as Reagan was in 1980.

A Little Political Morphine from Ann Coulter

See, this is why I love Ann Coulter.  Her newly released column tonight gives us the shots we need, a few of my favorite lines:

On winners and losers:

The winner, of course, is Obama, who must be excited because now he can start hanging out in public with Bill Ayers and Rev. Jeremiah Wright again. John McCain is a winner because he can resume buying more houses.

And we’re all winners because we will never again have to hear McCain say, “my friends.”

On reasons why McCain was a failing candidate:

Republicans lost this presidential election, and I don’t blame the messenger; I blame the message. How could Republicans go after B. Hussein Obama (as he is now known) on planning to bankrupt the coal companies when McCain supports the exact same cap and trade policies and earnestly believes in global warming?

How could we go after Obama for his illegal alien aunt and for supporting driver’s licenses for illegal aliens when McCain fanatically pushed amnesty along with his good friend Teddy Kennedy?

How could we go after Obama for Jeremiah Wright when McCain denounced any Republicans who did so?

How could we go after Obama for planning to hike taxes on the “rich,” when McCain was the only Republican to vote against both of Bush’s tax cuts on the grounds that they were tax cuts for the rich?

And why should Republican activists slave away working for McCain when he has personally, viciously attacked: John O’Neill and the Swift Boat Veterans, National Right to Life director Doug Johnson, evangelical pastors Jerry Falwell, Pat Robertson and John Hagee, various conservative talk radio hosts, the Tennessee Republican Party and on and on and on?

And………..

How many times do we have to run this experiment before Republican primary voters learn that “moderate,” “independent,” “maverick” Republicans never win, and right-wing Republicans never lose?

Indeed, the only good thing about McCain is that he gave us a genuine conservative, Sarah Palin. He’s like one of those insects that lives just long enough to reproduce so that the species can survive. That’s why a lot of us are referring to Sarah as “The One” these days.

Like Sarah Connor in “The Terminator,” Sarah Palin is destined to give birth to a new movement. That’s why the Democrats are trying to kill her.

And finally:

For now, we have a new president-elect. In the spirit of reaching across the aisle, we owe it to the Democrats to show their president the exact same kind of respect and loyalty that they have shown our recent Republican president.

Starting tomorrow, if not sooner.

It’s a classic column.  Believe it or not, there is still plenty more to chuckle at and feel a true understanding among fogged and sad Republican minds today.

One Thing Michelle Missed

I was happy to hear Rush today for a bit because, as I predicted, we would start getting the true analysis of what went wrong for us.  Then, I read Michelle Malkin’s answer to all the pity e-mails she’s been getting regarding last night’s results.

She was right.  We simply stand for what we believe in and scream from the rooftops our opposition to basically everything Obama will stand for.  Simple enough, right?

Well there’s one part that I wish she would have embellished on (perhaps Ann Coulter’s column released tonight will touch on it as I heard her on talk radio this morning).  We realize we can truly never trust the media ever again.

We learn to recognize the warning signs like the NY Times who referred to McCain many times as a “maverick” before the primary.  Then, we call them out on it.

We learn our lessons and never forget them.  One major lesson Americans keep forgetting is that we are asking for major Democratic wins in possible landslide victories (like the one last night) when we run a mild Republican as opposed to a true conservative.

Barry Goldwater lost in a huge defeat.  Bob Dole lost in a defeat.  And McCain was rejected by America as well.  In fact, McCain would have done much worse had it not been for Sarah Palin.

Bush did three great things for our country.  First, he gave us tax cuts.  Secondly, he did not cave into Democrat whining when putting forth his national security or domestic policies which kept us safe.  Then, we got a couple of great Supreme Court Justices out of it.  But, he also did some very horrible things as well.  These include massive spending, support of amnesty, and support of the bailout.

These things were also supported by John McCain.  In addition, he threw in McCain-Feingold to boot.

I thank GW Bush for keeping me safe.

I thank John McCain for serving us in Vietnam and for Sarah Palin.

But, as conservatives, I am ready for both of them to be gone.

Next time, the media will not be selecting our candidate for us.  It is time many of us come together and work to make Sarah Palin our front-runner for 2012, a real conservative as her running mate, and a strict selection of strong conservatives to run for Congress.

You cannot sell out conservative ideals, Christians, and fiscal conservatives without losing an election in a landslide and carrying an “R” at the end of your name.

Finally, you thank God we didn’t have McCain who would have worked hard to appease the insane left in Congress, leading us to further failure and giving us two terms of Hillary landslides once the country felt the disaster.  The only thing is, Republicans would have been blamed.

This way; at least, the country feels disasters under liberals in both the Executive and Legislative branches.  Then we pounce back with Palin in 2012.

Until then, we support eachother and pull through it.

Let’s Rumble!!!

Just got in.  I have to admit I am just getting Fox News going.  I spent the afternoon at the WinStar Casino just over the border in Oklahoma.  Now I’ve got a brew and am ready to settle in for a while.  Not sure how I’m going to do this yet, but everybody and anybody comment.  I’ll throw out new posts as the Spirit leads me.

Posts concerning the Presidential race here.

Good Luck and God Bless!

History, A Lost Cause, A Welcome Back, & Palin’s New Hope For Conservatives

Upon finding out last night that the second independent investigation into the Troopergate scandal cleared Sarah Palin on every “abuse of power” charge that she was accused of, it made me wonder why more people aren’t asking this morning why we had to wait until the 11th hour of November 3rd to hear it.

Upon finding out over the weekend that Senator Barack Obama promised bankrupting the coal industry in America that accounts for over half of our domestic energy (not to mention millions of jobs), it made we wonder why we had to wait until the 11th hour of the campaign for the San Francisco Chronicile interview from January to be released.

It’s astonishing that our media truly is a lost cause.  And not only will this day be historic if Obama wins, becoming the first African-American president, but this is certainly the pinnacle historic moment of the ultimate decline in journalistic integrity.

It’s to be four years of a lost cause….to all the people who think that Obama is going to pay their taxes for them, pay for their health care, pay for their college tuition.  It will be four years of a lost cause to all those people who refused to get the specifics of how he is going to pay for 1.3 trillion in new spending proposals without cutting into the pockets of all Americans.  It will be four years of a lost cause to people like his Aunt in Boston who is an illegal immigrant living in a virtual slum.

The movie “Evita” does not merely serve as a comedic display of Madonna’s ability to sing Broadway-quality numbers.  The socialism portrayed during the regime of Juan and Eva Peron was used in the eyes of Hollywood to tell a rags-to-riches story of one person, while the viewers only saw a small portion of the depression, starvation, death, and division caused by the Peronist regime.  And how did it start?  With Evita on a balcony telling Argentina that she would take the riches and that they would “inherit these treasures.”

Sadly, the ones ACORN rounded up to move Obama closer to victory are going to be the ones to starve, hurt, and suffer.  Financially, even though we will feel the brunt through our paychecks being cut into, conservatives will; as they always have, pull through.

Even though Illinois can be considered by many as a lost cause for a lonely Palin (oh yeah, and McCain) supporter like me in this blue land, I did get up early to go vote this morning.

I am thrilled Philip is making his comeback tonight as I always have admired his knack for electoral details within districts.  Plus Phil is the ultimate master of local and international views as well.   Welcome back, my friend.

And finally, regardless of the outcome, we must give a huge round of thanks to Sarah Palin for even giving me the push to even have hope for this year.  I’m sad the media convinced the uninformed that she was stupid even though her record of leadership, her record of fairness, and her record of fiscal responsibility proves everyone of those claims wrong.

I am happy; however, that this country can never again be accused of racism.  That we can move forward with a new sense of being united, and as the disaster of an Obama presidency begins to unravel, our party can again look to the brilliant and magnificent Governor Sarah Palin as our front-runner in 2012 after another wonderful four years of Governorship experience under her belt.

Go vote!  Even if it’s Carter all over again, we’ll hit back with a double-whammy of Reagan again.

Election Night

Sorry I’ve been absent guys.  I figured that I got so far behind on the site after a couple of months – I decided to chill out til election day.  I’ll be here tomorrow night for a while doing some semi-realtime blogging as the results roll in.  I didn’t get with Steve before I wrote this, so I’m not sure who else will be here.  But feel free to join me.

I hope all of my dear friends have been well.  And I look forward to new discourse with all on this site regardless of the out come tomorrow night.

Presidential “Race” Cards: Rush is onto something

[polldaddy poll=1028479]

What’s better than a 50% African-American running on behalf of socialist liberals who don’t like to work? How about a 100% African-American like Condoleezza Rice who; while Barack was “experiencing racism” from his grandmother who happened to be the sole bread winner (whom he’s flying to visit in Hawaii), actually witnessed good friends killed in Birmingham during the riots.

But somehow, Condi turned out to be an Uncle Tom who managed to escape writing books on racism to advance herself politically. Nah, Condi did it the “Uncle Tom” way by graduating college at age 19 and earning her doctorate at age 24 and becoming the youngest African-American AND woman to control the educational department and budget at Stanford and served as a distinguished political science

My sweet moonbat-buddy Robert continues to leave comments on my page, so I have decided to answer the last one directly.

Yes, this campaign is about “race.” White liberals who are under-achievers and spend their time blaming the rest of society for their troubles, lack of personal responsibility, liberal spending in their own lives, and academic failures, are campaigning on this more than blacks are in the public eye.

The fact is the Democratic Party has had many chances to appoint African-Americans to high positions, but coming out of their Klan clubs, it took the darlings a while to warm up. Then when they finally did warm up, they decided that blacks had to pass litmus tests before they would help them out.

Conventionally, for liberals, the more death statistics fly up among black males in the inner cities, the better their pro-socialist arguments can go. The more black mothers are on welfare, the more they can argue pro-taking away from hard-working Americans to “spread the wealth around.

They love it. And of course, with no work ethics whatsoever, can we really blame them?

People like Robert and the blacks in the inner cities killing one another in gangs oppose removal of gun bans so that decent Americans are prohibited from defending themselves. People like Robert are willing to sell their countries and its ideals out for a one-time handout that basically keeps him and his peeps poor and out in the cold (but for that one-time annual welfare check he is to receive) while opportunists like Barack Obama stay powerful and wealthy, not to mention the Clintons, Howard Dean, and Barney Frank.

People like Robert mean one thing to Barack Obama. A vote.

When Rush Limbaugh factually points out that this is about race among African-Americans, liberals suddenly trade in their Klan hoods for equality swords.

Any real American (white or black) knows that the only reason Barack Obama was nominated as President is because liberals like Robert love the fact that he promotes more socialism than Hillary did, promotes sex-ed to kindergarteners, promotes infanticide, and whose middle name is “Hussein.

The last time liberals selected a black man for a position of high power was Thurgood Marshall, who held radical liberal views much like Obama where he joined the Warren court and assisted in laws that eventually released hardened criminals back to society, legislated Roe V Wade which eventually led to partial-birth abortion and finally, Barack’s support of infanticide.

Barack Obama voted against a Bill in Illinois that would protect the life of a baby born that had survived an abortion.

These two men were not appointed by liberals because they are “black,” they are appointed because they were/are insane!

(Robert originally endorsed Dennis Kucinich whom makes Barack look like a moderate).

A poll released last week by the Military Times reveals that of almost 5,000 active and enlisted military members, almost 70% support John McCain for president.

White non-Hispanics support McCain by 76% to Obama 17%.

Hispanic or Latino support McCain by 63% to Obama 27%.

Blacks support OBAMA 79% to McCain 12%.

Not about race, huh?

http://www. militarytimes. com/static/projects/pages/081003_ep_2pp. pdf

Let’s also observe the fact that the serving military right now supports John McCain and his policies. If they didn’t, they wouldn’t support him.

Two years ago, liberals were telling us that the military hated Bush and they’d be all for allowing only the military to vote in 2008.
Wonder if they’d say that now?

Apparently, Obama will really have it in for them now.

Hey, another reason for liberals to love him!

What Robert doesn’t understand though is that hard-workers like myself and others that I “pal around with” will survive even the most crazy liberal economic policy because we have what it takes. Who is really going to suffer though are the ones like Robert who are relying on Barack’s economic promises the most.

Apparently Robert needs his empty promises.

I do not.

Joe the Plumber: Real Americans Who Get it Right

[youtube=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jHmiYTODqpU]

Joe the Plumber is precisely why Sarah Palin should have gone into the debates in lieu of John McCain against Obama.

Joe; like Sarah, understands the problems of socialism in this wonderful country.

Sarah and Todd Palin’s tax return from 2007 revealed them making $170K.  Joe the Plumber as well makes less than $250K.  But where does it really end?

If someone works harder than another and makes more money because of that hard work, then why are they required to pay a higher percentage rate?

Let’s do the math:

At the current tax rates, the following income brackets pay the following tax:

$15,000 = $2,250

$250,000 = $90,000

If the government cannot make do with that, we don’t need tax hikes!  We need reformers.

Joe the Plumber and last night’s debate only reaffirms the positions of millions of real Americans.

He and people like Sarah are very appealing to Americans because we concur with them.  This election is not about Washington elites, not big-government taxers and spenders, or Harvard educations.  It’s about real Americans coming together to inspire and support one another.

You don’t hand out healthcare to people, you don’t hand out welfare checks from the pockets of hard-working Americans.  You use tax money to give people a fishing pole, to give them a chance.  Obama wants to hand out whales unconditionally.

For all the flack about Wall Street, I bet I can ask every member of Main Street that shows up on this blog about other Main Streeters who make bad financial decisions.  That’s why Wall Street executives get their big salaries – by preying on those weaknesses.

The more government hands out to the irresponsible, the more irresponsible they become and sooner or later (as Joe says so eloquently says here) $150K will be the next “high scale” since the socialist plan Obama has will eliminate any person in this country to work their way to the top.

It stops now, folks!
