Will Liberals Ever Support Protecting Americans?

Michelle Malkin has obtained a copy of the entire 33 page criminal complaint that discusses the lead-up to the charges brought against the foolish-four yesterday.   As I read through it, and read the various articles published about the event, I got angrier and angrier thinking of how low the regard must be for humanity and human life.

Believe it or not, there are some out there that still think the terrorists will stay over in the Middle East if we pull out of Iraq immediately.  In response to my last post, a brilliant, peace-loving liberal asserted that things in Iraq would be just fine if we left.  Terrorists would not take over, they wouldn’t gain any power or access to finance or massive “mission-funding.”

Let us stipulate for the purposes of argument that we pull our troops out of Iraq.

In a world of post-Iraq and post-9/11, would liberals be happy by at least keeping the Patriot Act?  Would they support profiling Muslims?  (Like the one that wanted to commit an act of terror at JFK airport that would have surpassed 9/11.)  Would they allow us to keep Guantanamo open for terrorists caught in Afghanistan?

While we are in Iraq, liberals don’t even support policies here at home that aim to keep us all safe.  For some reason, liberals attach these policies to an agenda created by the Bush administration that serve only to make him and his oil-hungry friends rich.

All of this illustrates the rapport liberals have established with terrorists.  Ron Paul increased the level of one-sided love (trust me, the terrorists STILL hate liberals – even more than Fox News does) and have liberals deluded by thinking that everything is just going to work itself out by “creating dialogue” and exercising “diplomacy” with people so irrational that an act of opposition=an act of violent murder.

If they want to pull out of Iraq so bad, they better be willing to support stronger anti-terrorism laws right here at home without threatening to bring the ACLU in to protect the civil liberties of our enemies.

Democrats don’t get that if they spent the same amount of energy executing aggressive surveillance against our true enemies as they do by monitoring every word uttered on Fox News, maybe we could actually believe that their hearts and affection lie with the victims of 9/11 and the safety of all Americans in lieu of the radicals responsible.

This is simply the truth.  We want liberals to be Americans again.  We want them to realize that if their policies were to be implemented, this plot to blow up JFK might have indeed became a reality.  It is liberal arguments and liberal policies that brought them here and it’s the leftist ideology that keeps them here feeling safe and confident that these missions can be carried out.  After all, Barbara Boxer would never stand for violating their “civil rights” and listen in on their cell-phone conservations, would she?

After Nicolas Sarkozy’s win in France, two groups of people were violently protesting.  One was a group of radical Muslims and the other was a group of radical leftists.

Anybody else see the connection?

Even if we pull out of Iraq….

We’re still a nation at war, and we will be for quite sometime.

Today most of us heard of the would-be attacks planned for JFK airport and because the FBI now has more investigative abilities due to the current administration and brave everyday American citizens that aren’t afraid to report such monsters, we are easily tracking them and taking action before they have the chance to bring us harm.

These type of people know that they have the Democrats in their corner.  According to most liberal debaters today, listening to their cell-phone calls and wiretapping their e-mails (“violating their “precious” civil liberties) would have been completely inappropriate.  But thank God for most the residents of New York (mostly Democrats), Americans aren’t taking the whining coming from the left serious anymore.

If liberals, 9/11 conspiracy theorists, opportunists like Ron Paul, and insane Democrats like Dennis Kucinich and Teddy Kennedy had their way, we would immediately stop all surveillance of threats, pull out of Iraq, and pray that someday the Iraqis would be able to fight against these barbarians without the help of our highly-trained military who have bravely kicked some massive ass in Iraq and Afghanistan by killing or capturing over 100,000 insurgents, most of al-Quaida’s top guys, and now have the backing of Western Iraqi civilians who are finally joining forces with our military to fight in their own neighborhoods.

We know that if we leave Iraq, terrorists will take over.  We know that if they take over, they will gain funding for their missions, power, and strong footholds that will only aid them in their sad attempts to bring down the rest of the world.

This isn’t a right-winger’s attempt to instill fear into others.  This is reality.  These people are living in our own country and are plotting these sloppy would-be acts to either distract us from what’s happening in the Middle East or to show us that they will never give in.  In order to defeat them, everyone needs to unite and get behind our President and our troops 150% and we need to do it right now.

Iraqi Residents Rise to Fight Against al-Qaida

Today, Iraqis in West Baghdad rose up to fight a group of al-Qaida gunmen and REQUESTED help from the United States military in doing so.

Now I wonder how many of them were included in the poll taken that proclaims that the majority of them want U.S. forces out of Iraq.  Good thing we didn’t listen to that poll before today, huh?

In the process, many al-Qaida gunmen were killed right along with al-Qaida-leader, Haji Hameed.  In one day, Iraqi civilians and the U.S. military contributed more to cleaning up the environment than Greenpeace has in 30 years.

Proof that liberals are lazy

This post; written by an anti-war nut, uses faulty information to make Rosie’s case for her.  Indeed, Americans are terrorists everyone!  That’s the conclusion of this post and many of the commenters.

On a day like today (Memorial Day), where anti-war Presidential Candidate John Edwards expects the anti-war Democrats of the country be out protesting the war, fine Democrats choose to stay in the comfortable surroundings of their home and write absurd things like this.

The least they can do is respect the wishes of Edwards.

What these folks keep forgetting is that their own Democratic representatives in Congress keep voting against the anti-war movement.  They keep forgetting that foreign countries consistently are electing conservative governments.

All they have on their side are the phony polls put forth to the American people.  You know the ones worded like:

“Do you 100% agree with Bush’s war policies?” (831 people polled and used as a “representation” of the entire country’s position on the war.)

When are we going to get a question like this one:

“Do you believe we should lose in Iraq and leave it under the control of al Queda and other terrorist organizations?”

I’d love to see the results to THAT poll.

Does John Edwards Write for the NY Times?

You gotta give it to Michelle Malkin.  She picks things up faster than any other mainstream blogger I know of.

Just moments ago, she posted about a NY Times headline that could lead the reader to believe that we are just moments away from screaming out surrender.

As she mentions, it’s just in time for Memorial Day.  Liberals and the MSM are using the decency of average Americans (or the moderate voters Democrats will be trying to pick up) to try and persuade Americans that we are indeed losing the war.  It’s mighty interesting that they play these games while simultaneously spouting lies about 76% of this country that want to call it quits.  It seems that not only can they get their own Democrats to vote with them on these issues in the House and Senate, but perhaps they are losing confidence in their own loony rhetoric.

Amazingly; Democratic Presidential candidate John Edwards – on his own website– is advocating using Memorial Day as a campaign to discourage our troops and embolden our enemies.

On a day in our country where we commemorate our troops’ bravery and historic accomplishments, John Edwards and the NY Times want to erase that to appeal to Cindy Sheehan.

Talk of Tomorrow

Wanna put money on it?  All day tomorrow, we will be hearing about this new “report” released that swears the Bush administration was “warned” about the trouble of going into Iraq.

Tonight; less than an hour ago, Katherine Shrader of the AP reports the following:

  • “Intelligence analysts predicted, in secret papers circulated within the government before the Iraqinvasion, that al-Qaida would see U.S. military action as an opportunity to increase its operations and that Iran would try to shape a post-Saddam Iraq.”
  • “The top analysts in government also said that establishing a stable democracy in Iraq would be a “long, difficult and probably turbulent process.””
  • “Democrats said the newly declassified documents, part of a Senate Intelligence Committee investigation released Friday, make clear that the Bush administration was warned about the very challenges it now faces as it tries to stabilize Iraq.”
  • “”Sadly, the administration’s refusal to heed these dire warnings — and worse, to plan for them — has led to tragic consequences for which our nation is paying a terrible price,” said Senate Intelligence Chairman Jay Rockefeller, D-W.Va.”

So, I guess it’s safe to say that taxpayers paid to fund “analysts” to tell us that fighting a war would be difficult.  Who could imagine?  I wonder how many analysts were paid with Americans’ tax dollars to predict losing 300,000 Americans during WW2.

I guess it’s safe to assume now that liberals and the MSM believe that keeping Saddam in power would have indeed been the optimum condition.

I guess it’s safe to say that Jay Rockefeller would have done nothing in response to Saddam’s threats to the United Nations after 9/11.  I think it’s also fair to assume that no Democrat would fight any war for the off-chance that the enemy might shoot back.

What a stupid waste of time!  Since when do we need analysts and committees to tell us that introducing an entire new way of life to a nation of people accustomed to cowering in corners while refraining from speaking out against their government for fear of being fed through wood chippers (Saddam had a peaceful way of maintaining civility) would be difficult and challenging?

Thanks God the Nazis weren’t difficult and challening, eh?

It’s all about the little things:

I absolutely love when Democrats get all “serious” as Alan Colmes did with Ann Coulter when she started laughing at his and Jane Flemings’ assertion that 76% of Americans are against the war.  France, Canada, Australia, England are all prime examples of how liberal the rest of the world is!  While the America-hating left goes around spouting their phony concerns about the rest of the world hating us (trust me nobody could hate America as much as liberals do), they seem to keep forgetting that the rest of the world are electing conservative leaders!

Now, after the Democrats (the same Democrats that gained control of both houses almost a half-year ago) have sold out their lunatic-base, we can point out that apparently these stupid-phony polls that nutball liberals like Rosie O’Donnell keep yapping about are INACCURATE.  Democrats’ votes in the House and Senate, and ACTUAL elections all over the world are what we like to call true and OBJECTIVE evidence of the nation’s AND world’s opinion on security and conservatism.

Say, can we get Hillary and Obama to make statements this week condemning the same bill that the Democrats passed this week?  That may be too much to ask, I suppose.

Just looking at how unhappy Jane Fleming and Alan Colmes look is good enough for me.  They sound like such sore-losers when Coulter consistently giggles throughout the debate.
