Keith Olbermann Proves My Point (and I’m Lovin’ It)

Ann Coulter could may get her feelings hurt just a little bit, I’d say this would disqualify her for making Keith Blabberman’s “Worst Person in the World” list.  (Don’t worry Ann, you’ll be back tomorrow.)

He starts off his blabber with the following:

“I didn’t vote for him, an American once said but he’s my President and I hope he does a good job, that on this eve of the Fourth of July is the essence of this Democracy in 17 words and that is what President Bush threw away yesterday when commuting the sentence of Lewis Scooter Libby.”

This is hilarious for two reasons:

  • Olbermann was actually quoting John Wayne – can you imagine? LOL
  • As if the President had a shot at winning the support of Olbermann or his base of crazed lunatic supporters/viewers (all 38 of them)

Olbermann drones on for nine minutes in an indignant word-upchuck.

He certainly proved my point of my previous post that predicted how fun it would be to watch the liberals react.

Mr. President should be informed of this and it should be celebrated.  If Olbermann is crying like a girl, Bush must be doing something right.

What’s even funnier is that conservatives have gone back to Clinton’s administration and have shown Hillary’s (and Bill’s) hypocrisy when taken into consideration all of the pardons he initiated.  But to me, this is not even necessary anymore.  IT SHOULD BE A GIVEN that liberals are going to react in rage whenever the President does something fair or in the best interest of the country.

He’s never going to please them anyway and Olbermann yapping on like he could have made some difference; BUT FOR COMMUTING LIBBY’S SENTENCE, is absolutely preposterous.

Bush: “The Grinch Who Stole Fitzmas”

As predicted, this has been a wonderful day.  Of all the phrases used to describe Bush today, this one uttered by Rush was my favorite when he referred to Bush as the “Grinch Who Stole Fitzmas.”

There have been some pretty interesting comments made.  The fun ones of course coming from the screaming left in response to Bush prohibiting Scooter Libby from pointlessly spending three years in prison at our expense.

One interesting point I heard this morning made light of the fact that Bush is “so unpopular” that it does not even matter anymore if he tries to appease anybody.  I tend to agree.  Aside from the amnesty for illegals, it has been made abudantly clear by all Democrats that Bush will never make them happy.

The least he can do is turn to his base right now.  Overriding Libby’s prison sentence was a good start.  As Jennifer pointed out though, it’s not enough.

We know liberals are going to scream and kick.  We know they will lie.  We know they will cry.  What Bush doesn’t seem to know is: how much fun it is to watch them!  He has 1.5 years left as Commander-in-Chief.  I say he ignore all liberal hogwash, fight this war with real panache, veto as much as he can, and get the country in the best shape possible before the next administration comes in.

Much of us have accepted the liberal “scream factor” long ago.  Who cares what they think, right?

Bush should enjoy it as much as we do, brush it off, and get on with his job of serving true justice to true criminals, bombing the dickens out of terrorist camps in the Middle East, and apologize to us (his base) for trying to force amnesty for illegals on us.  Once he does that, he will have a true legacy that he will not be noted for until about ten years down the road.

We all know that the media has been deceptive at leading America to believe what they want them to in terms of where the popular opinion is.  Real Americans know the truth.  Bush should, too.

Libbies Cry Over Libby!

The whining will be enjoyable.  Be it Ann Coulter getting the goat of Elizabeth Edwards or Bush giving us a well-deserved payback from the horrible amnesty bill he concocted, this has been a great two weeks that displayed how easy it is to get liberals to lose focus on Elizabeth Edwards’ precious “issues” that she wants to stick to.

Just released by the Associated Press, Bush stated the following in explaining his decision to spare Scooter Libby pointless years in prison:

“I have concluded that the prison sentence given to Mr. Libby is excessive. Therefore, I am commuting the portion of Mr. Libby’s sentence that required him to spend thirty months in prison.”

This is what we elected him for.  To make decisions that require real balls.

Racist Democrats Play the Race Card AGAIN

So Kathy Griffin and every other liberal who have jumped on this are finally deciding that after all of Condoleezza Rice’s service for this country that she represents how bad the white man is.

I suppose Kathy Griffin could do a fair comparison if we could find one Democratic administration who would promote a black to a position of higher power.  Let’s see, who has Bush appointed?

  • Clarence Thomas (SCOTUS)
  • Janice Rogers-Brown (Federal Appellate Court Judge – also filibustered by Democrats)
  • Colin Powell (Secretary of State) 1st Black
  • Condoleezza Rice (Secretary of State) 1st Black-Female
  • Judge Reggie Walton (Coincidentally the same black who gave Scooter Libby 30 months in prison and a 250K fine.)

I guess we could compare how the blacks were treated in the Bush administration to such positions of high power, but the last I had heard is that the black female closest to Clinton was his secretary, Betty Curry (pointed out by Ann Coulter of 6/5/2007 H&C).

So, liberals come on!  Write Teddy Kennedy, Barbara Boxer, Nancy Pelosi, and Hillary Clinton (not to mention Barrack), and tell them to appoint more blacks to positions of high power.

Until liberals stop projecting so much hate and superiority to blacks by refusing to promote them, I just don’t think we could make a fair comparison.

Bush’s New Move: Pardon Scooter!

After hearing the sentence of Scooter Libby my first thought was how insufferable the gloating would be among the liberal bloggers.  To be fair, the judge has a history of delivering harsh sentences and he was put into position by the Bush family.  (By the way – another African American put into a powerful position by the Bush family.)  Seeing as liberals should be happy with the reading of the conviction (30 months in jail and a 250K fine), it seems that liberals finally have a reason to love the Bush family!

Obviously, this sentence was too harsh.  In fact, no crime was committed originally since we now know that the actual whistle-blower of Plame was an anti-war ranter.  So what was Scooter Libby lying about and obstructing?

What gets me the most are the headlines worded like “Libby Convicted in CIA Leak Case.”  The more appropriate headline should be “Libby Convicted in Perjury-Trap Case.”

With Bush’s idiotic response to the immigration ordeal, he indeed owes us another energizing move.  The response should be overwhelming to the President to do the only right thing anyone in his position could do and pardon Scooter Libby from pointlessly spending 30 months in jail.

Idiotic Liberal policies have led to easier punishments on hardened criminals.  We have judges all over the country giving convicted child molesters months in jail and small probabation charges.  We had a bogus case that served no purpose than to appeal to the far-left who feels this qualifies as a sure legacy of corruption connected to the Bush administration.

Libby should be pardoned and it should happen now.

Plame-Fame: 10 Steps to Fame

Steps to Plame-Fame!

1.) Use your “classified” desk-job position at the CIA to send your husband on a trip to Africa at the expense of taxpayers.

2.) Have your husband put your alleged “covert” status at risk by writing an op-ed to the NY Times.

3.) Pose for a photo with your husband for Vanity Fair (adding to the careful step of preserving privacy explained in step 2.).

4.) Have your husband write a book about it while in the throws of “liberals-love-victims” slurpery.  (And get a six-figure deal on it.)

5.) Encourage Patrick Fitzegerald to move forward with his investigation perjury-trap EVEN AFTER anti-war mouthpiece; Richard Armitage, informs everyone (behind the scenes) that it was him who “revealed” her name.

6.) Continue to refer to yourself as “covert” after Patrick Fitzgerald announces his indictments on what was to be “Fitzmas Day” and consistently refers to your job status as “classified” (purposely avoiding the term “covert” multiple times.)

7.) After Patrick Fitzgerald indicts NOBODY for revealing your name, he indicts Scooter Libby on a perjury charge.

8.) File a personal lawsuit against members of the Bush administration, testify in front of Congress, and quickly work to finish up your book (which will hopefully do considerably better than your husband’s by the way.)

9.) May 29, 2007 – Get really lucky and have Newsweek’s Michael Isikoff report that Patrick Fitzgerald FINALLY refers to you as a “covert” agent in “new court filings.”  (Even though Richard Armitage has NOT been indicted for revealing you and even though the taxpayers paid for an investigation that leads to NOTHING but a phony perjury charge.)

10.) Just 2-days later; on May 31, 2007, announce a lawsuit against the CIA for “unconstituionally interfering with the publication” of your “memoir.”

I’m sure it was a total coincidence that Fitzgerald is now finally; after years and months of investigations, court hearings, and indictment readings, that he; FOR THE FIRST TIME, refers to her status as “covert” just two days before Valerie Plame announces YET ANOTHER lawsuit, this time against the CIA.

“Fair Game” or “Unfair Blame”?
