This sort of crap makes me simultaneously glad I changed my major from journalism, and slightly sad that I changed it. I don’t think I would want to be part of this sort of machine though…not a chance in hell of changing it.

Debunking these little liberal picture memes is always fun and useful. I’m going to reblog this onto my blog if that’s alright?
I’m not a fan of Gingrich, not because of infidelity, I could care less about that. I just don’t like his approach to “conservative” ideas. He doesn’t seem that conservative to me, but this is still a great job of breaking the lies down.

I hit the button too quickly…most of them don’t read this blog. I think that’s the chief reason why they don’t post comments. One of them, however – when I asked why he had to come find me in person to tell me that he actually wished I would end up lashed to a fence post so I would know what it’s like – said, “oh, right, like I’m stupid enough to put it in writing so you and your neocon friends can go on your little Fox News crusade!”

When I asked him to elaborate, he waved me off and walked away.

Yeah, right. I call BS. Even in online posts I’ve seen, where people are hiding behind the safety of their computer screen, 95% of the posts stop at calling you (and fellow homocons) “self loathing”, “stupid”, told to STFU etc. Uncalled for and counter-productive, sure. On the same level as wishing your death, hardly. Why should I believe people really have the guts to say something to your face they wouldn’t say from a computer? Either that or you seriously need to move to a city or neighborhood with less violent psychotic people.

For the record. Pissed off, insults, name calling, none of these equal hoping you get shot or wanting to shoot you.

BTW as I’ve been learning more about the “gay conservative” phenomenon I’ve learned more about that nasty piece of work Chris Barron and the shit he has said about liberals and the “gay left”, calling them cockroaches, the American Taliban, dumb as shit. I sincerely would love for him to shut up and stop being such a liar but I do not wish anyone to commit physical violence against him. I guess politically I would be closer to the liberal side than the conservative side, and though we have never and will never meet personally…. there you go, now there are at least two liberals (or even your considerably more vile and high profile counterpart Chris Barron) who don’t want you shot in the face.
